THE ROLE
Our client is a Government entity responsible for the Project Management of a range of Building and Infrastructure projects and /or programs, varying in value between $500k & $100m.

They require the services of appropriately Qualified Project Managers with demonstrated experience in the Commercial Building Construction Industry for Projects & Programs that are to be released very shortly.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver and/or assist in the delivery of projects or project components.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications and safety requirements.
Provide accurate and timely reports on progress and related project issues to ensure overall performance and client satisfaction.
Budget Control.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

CRITERIA

A professional Trade Qualification or Degree in either Architecture, Building, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or the like.
Ability to manage the delivery of Building /infrastructure projects.
Understanding of Administration techniques & Contractual principles.
Sound written and oral communications skills.
Sound analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
Understanding of OH&S, risk and environmental issues.
Current Drivers Licence.
