In this newly created role of Executive Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administration support and a variety of ad-hoc duties to three Senior Managers who have a National and/or Asia Pacific focus. Some of the key accountabilities will include:
  • diary, email, travel and expense management
  • co-ordination of internal and client meetings
  • preparation of presentations and contributions to proposals
  • maintenance of client relationship management database
  • updating Marketing intranet site
  • events co-ordination
  • maintenance of filing systems
With a minimum of five years secretarial/administration experience at senior management level (preferably within the professional services environment – law, accounting, consulting, engineering) and demonstrated intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office skills, you will enjoy working within a team environment and balancing a variety of tasks at any one time. You will have excellent communication skills and feel confident dealing with senior managers and external clients.

The position is based in our modern offices at the Technology Park and is an extremely varied role which includes a range of sales administration duties as well as the smooth day to day running of the office. Everything from proposal preparation, answering phones to invoicing, travel arrangements and stock reconciliations.

This role will suit a "high energy" achiever who possesses a willing can do attitude. It goes without saying that your attention to detail is second to none and you are known for your ability to get things done on time. Outstanding communication skills are a must and experience with financial systems is a distinct advantage.
